ivf timeline

september 8, 2011 - sonohystogram (shg) and trial embryo transfer (tet)

october 13, 2011 - start birth control pills

october 31, 2011 - ivf consultation & injection teaching

november 17, 2011 - start lupron 20u injections daily

november 20, 2011 - last birth control pill

november 21, 2011 - ivf lab orientation w/ ARTS

november 24, 2011 - start period - happy thanksgiving!

november 25, 2011 - apointment for baseline evaluation sonogram and blood work with RE- estrodial is at a 7

november 26, 2011 - stimuation start - 225u follistem injections daily, decrease lupron to 10u injections daily

november 29, 201 - appointment w/ RE for e2 levels - estrodial is at 118 - start 75u menopur injections daily along with follistem & lupron

december 1, 2011 - appointment w/ RE for e2 levels and sonogram to check follicular development

december 3, 2011 - appointment w/ RE for e2 levels and sonogram to check follicular development

december 7, 2011 - egg retreival day

december 12, 2011 - embryo transfer day

december 19, 2011 - positive/negative pregnancy results

december 21, 2011 - repeat hcg labs

fertility timeline

october 24, 2009 - start trying for baby #2 on own.

february 2010 - fo back to the same fertility specialist i had when i got pregnant with C. start clomid round 1 - no conception.

march 2010 - clomid round 2 - no conception.

april 2010 - clomid round 3 - no conception.

may 2010 - start seeing a new fertility specialist - i had developed a follicle large enough to ovulate on my own per the sono i had the first visit with her, did HCG trigger injection.

june 2010 - miscarriage, only 5 weeks along, dr said i was ok to start trying again. start femara round 1 w/ HCG trigger injection - no conception.

july 2010 - femara round 2 - no conception.

august 2010 - femara round 3 w/ HCG trigger injection - no conception. start menopur injections daily for follicle development w/ HCG trigger injection.

september 2, 2010 - IUI round 1 - no conception. continue femara, menopur injections w/ HCG trigger injection.

september 30, 2010 - IUI round 2 - no conception.

october 22, 2010 - HSG testing - normal results!

november 2, 2010 - cervical cultures taken - normal!

november 5, 2010 - cervical biopsies taken - normal!

november 11, 2010 - diagnosed with a latex allergy.

november 22, 2010 - start provera to jump start next cycle. continue femara 7.5mg, menopur injection 75u, estrogen supplements & ovidrel HCG trigger injection.

december 12, 2010 - IUI round 3 - no conception.

january 2011 - march 2011 - no treatments, but have been monitoring ovulation via sonogram and having various blood work done to monitor hormones - no conception on own.

march 30, 2011 - start provera to jump start next cycle. start follistem injections 100u, & ovidrel HCG trigger injection.

april 25, 2011 - IUI round 4 -no conception.

may 9, 2011 - decide that IVF is our next step on our infertility journey.

may 25, 2011 - all medications ordered (follistem, menopur, lupron, progesterone oil, & hcg)

june 9, 2011 - ivf cycle delayed indeffinatly as there is a national shortage of lupron

july 6, 2011 - received lupron!

july 13, 2011 - start nutrition counseling for upcoming ivf cycle

july 22, 2011- diagnosed with pre-diabetes. ivf cancelled for at least 6 month until i can regulate my sugar levels.

september 7, 2011 - down 10 lbs, tolerating metformin well, blood sugars under control!!

september 8, 2011 - sonoghystogram (shg) and trail embryo transfer (tet) performed - diagnosed with a uterus that likes to do party tricks!!

november/december 2011 - anticipated ivf cycle
